LOVED BY RUNNERS

Stridia became my main running app within a week

★★★★★

"I'd been using a Garmin app and Strava on the side. Stridia replaced both. The plan reshuffles when I miss a day, which honestly is more useful than anything else."

Stridia FAQs

What does Stridia read from Apple Health?+

Runs, heart rate, sleep, and body weight. Read-only. Your Health data stays on your device.

Will it work with my Garmin or Strava?+

Yes. Garmin Connect and Strava both sync to Apple Health, so your runs from either appear in the app automatically.

Is Stridia free?+

Free to try, including 5K and 10K plans. Pro from £4 a month unlocks marathon plans, race pacing, and advanced analysis.

Do I need an Apple Watch?+

Helpful but not required. An iPhone alone tracks runs — a Watch adds heart-rate detail.

Can I export my history?+

Yes. Full history as CSV, any time. Your runs stay yours if you leave.

Ready when you are

Sign up and connect Apple Health in under a minute. Your first run is mapped before you finish your coffee.
